We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition, every time and as quickly as possible
You will receive an email from us to let you know once your order is on the way and another email from our delivery partner so you can track your puzzles straight to your door. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery for added peace of mind
Shipping Costs
Free local pickup available at checkout Free shipping for orders over 350 NIS
Tracked All other locations are based on weight. For orders outside of ISRAEL, customs duties may be incurred
Processing Time
Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped from TEL AVIV, Depending on your location shipping times will vary
For orders within Israel: 5 days
For orders to Europe: 6-8 Days
For orders to the USA: 10-12 day
For orders to Rest of the world : 15-17 Days
DELAYS
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
CUSTOMS FEES
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
